Agreement to Terms

Course Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following:

  • Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • Course materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly
  • Access periods vary by course and are specified at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use
  • You are not under the age of 16
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

Payment and Refunds

We accept various forms of payment for our courses. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms of Use, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
